Gigi's Tahina

~1.5 cups

5 tablespoons sesame paste

~ 1 cup boiling water

White Vinegar

Following ingredients to taste: 

Fresh garlic

Fresh parsley

Salt and freshly cracked pepper

Cumin

Olive Oil

Add boiling water to about 5 tablespoons of sesame paste, about 1/2 - 3/4 cup

Add about two tablespoons of vinegar

Add fresh garlic, fresh parsley, slat, pepper, cumin, olive oil

If it's too watery, add more paste or vinegar little by little. If it's too thick, add water. Vinegar makes it thicker.
