Connor's Whiskey Sour

Yields 1 Whiskey Sour

2 ounces bourbon whiskey

1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice

3/4 ounce simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water, brought to boil then simmer)

1 egg white

Ice

Combine all ingredients except ice in shaker and shake for 15-20 seconds. This combines all the ingredients and starts to emulsify the egg.


Add ice, shake for 30-45 seconds. Strain and serve up or over ice. Garnish with lemon peel and Luxardo cherry.
